Oh How My Big Papa Loves Me So

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always been a daddy’s girl. I was the usual little girl that would run to the door when she heard the door open. I was that little girl that sat on her daddy’s lap until I was too old and heavy. I was that little girl that loved to run errands and play basketball with him. One thing that touches me even today is that as long as I want something and my dad can make it happen, it will be done. If it’s in reach, I know I got.

The same way that applies to any child and their father, God works even better. He says, “If I think it’s best for you to have, you can have whatever you like. You’re my child, my baby. I got you.” Whether you have an earthly father or a no father at all, I want you to know that you have a Heavenly Father that wants to fulfill your heart’s desires. He knows what’s best for you. Most of all, He will definitely give it to you if He feels that it’s it’s for you to have.

Yes I refer to Him as…Big Papa. Why? Because the same way a child runs to their dad or granddaddy, I would imagine this relationship to be even better. We run to Him. We run to Him when we’re alone. We run to Him when we’re down. We run to him when we’re happy. We run to him when we’re sad. We run to Him when we’re scared. And we run to Him when there’s nothing else that we could possibly say or do to fix a situation or feel better about one.

He’s a BIG GOD. He’s an omnipotent God. He’s a God of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He’s a God filled with love, mercy, and kindness. He’s a forgiving God. He’s a God that loves you no matter how many mistakes you have or will make. He’s a God of creation and the author of true love. He’s a God of truth and a God of refuge. He’s a great God. There are a lot of things He protects us, shields us, and delivers us from. We have no idea what we could have faced, but He saved us from it.

He’s our papa because we can go to Him for anything. There’s nothing that He can’t handle. He knew that we would mess up from the beginning of time. So, He gave us Jesus. He knew that we needed to be saved so He introduced us to the cross where Jesus shared His blood for us. He shows us the value of forgiveness every time we repent. He shows us that He loves us with the abundance of blessings that we have. He corrects us as we make mistakes. He talks to us. He comforts us. He LOVES US!!

Take that into consideration the next time you pray. Tell him how much you love Him. Let Him know how thankful you are to know Him and be His child. Say to yourself, “I Have a Big Papa that loves me!!”

Answered Prayers

It’s so hard when you find yourself stuck in a situation and you just feel like God can’t hear you. You pray and you pray and you pray harder and it feels like they are hitting the ceiling and fall right back into your lap. We all go through it, but the one thing I want you to know is that we need to have childlike faith like stated in the podcast. That little girl kept her faith and her mom eventually came. Keep fighting, keep praying, and most of all keep believing. Never stop believing just because of a temporary circumstance. And yes, I said temporary. Even though that situation may seem permanent, that trouble will not last forever. Nothing last forever. So, just as much as you have hard times, you will have just as many great moments and even more. God is by your side, Jesus died for you to have a more intimate relationship with him, and the Comforter has come to be that source of strength to help you. You are not facing life alone even though it will feel like it. God is an awesome God one who can do all things through the sound of His voice one time. It only takes one time with God, that’s how grand and majestic He is. Your prayers will get answered, but there will be plenty of moments that it will take time. Fast, get a prayer partner, and be confident in the Lord and your situation. It will get better because it always will.

I Can’t Take This Anymore!!!

Healing Hurts!!

If you can think back for a second when you were growing up and you had your baby teeth, you will remember how agitated and uncomfortable it was to have the wiggling tooth especially every time you ate or moved your tongue around. You were always reminded that it was there. Healing hurts! See we fail to realize that this nation, our health, our family, and everything and anything around us requires a little pain and agitation in order to transition to a better level. We require hardships, obstacles, standstills, and bitter seasons to learn and gain a more intimate relationship with Christ. It gets hard. People leave you. Life starts wrestling with you, but Jesus is right there calling your name. He wants to hear your voice asking him to come into your heart. He wants to hear your voice praise him even though you are hurting, asking questions, or just can’t comprehend what He is doing. Trust me, He has a plan for you. Look up, look towards the sky, and look beyond the sun because honey, we can only see so much with our physical eyes. If you could just open your spiritual eyes up to the amazing things that God has in store. It’s waiting on you! New seasons, new blessings, a new heart, and a new life more abundantly!!!!!

I love my Jesus. Don’t worry about all of this stuff in the news, don’t worry about tomorrow the bible says, even the birds don’t have to worry what and when they will eat. Jesus provides it all. He came to suffer and save!

Why Quit?

Don’t give up just because you don’t see the manifestations NOW! That should be a sign to keep working because you do not know when God will elevate your hard work to an amazing level of overflowing blessings! You are tip tapping on your breakthrough. Why quit?

“God, I’m starving!!!!!!”

God is looking for children that are starving for Him. He is looking for people that are so hungry for His glory and His presence. His presence needs to be tapped into. There are so many people that just don’t know what it’s like to tap into His abundant glory. God is waiting to elevate His children to the next level. Are you ready?

Just like someone that is so hungry that they start getting a pain in their stomach. We need to be just that hungry. We need to feast on His word day and night to get fed. We need to pray so hard that we forget what day it is. We need to tap, dive, and rest in Him so that He gives us an identity that the world cannot give us. When we focus on Him others see Him through us. Lives can be changed. Hope can be brought to the hopeless. We can tap into His presence to help miracles take place for so many others that need it. People need us and it starts with us tapping into his presence and constantly running after him. God says, “I’m right here waiting on you my child!”

Why do I keep crying!?!

God says, “Those tears are tears of intercession. You may not know what you are crying about because it is my Holy Spirit cleansing you of all of the things that you don’t need to get to the next level in my presence. After that season is over, you will see what I have prepared you for. Those tears mean so much more than what you think. Those tears are my tears. They belong to me. When my Holy Spirit intercedes don’t worry or interfere. I know what I am doing. Do you trust me?”

God says, “Follow my fire!”

There is something special that God wants all of his children to know. God says, “My sweet child, follow my fire. My fire is a beautiful representation of my presence. This is where you come into my presence like a dirty piece of coal and leave looking like a fresh diamond. My presence is worthy of changing you because of the abundant grace and holiness that you’ve never experienced. There’s so much more. Just by one step at a time you are tapping into just the beginning of all of the wonderful glory ahead. Each step will take you to a different level beyond your own natural mind. You will be amazed! Keep following to unveil the mystery that you didn’t even know exist and be surprised!!!”

Just like the children of Israel, God wants to lead us and guide us to another level in him. You just have to keep walking and following the fire. Follow the fire wherever it may be. Follow the fire to the group of people that exemplify God’s presence and light everywhere they go. Follow the fire to that church that is constantly providing new levels of knowledge and levels in the holy spirit and word that you cannot find anywhere else. Follow the fire. We constantly need to seek and find that fire no matter if it seems like we are searching for a long time. Follow the fire. If you want change in your life you need to follow the fire. If you want to experience more of God’s presence follow the fire. You don’t want to miss out on all of the wonderful, beautiful, and abundant glory that you cannot find with anything else around you, near you, or in this natural world. GO!
